The Neighborhood
Our neighborhood is called New Holly, located in Beacon Hill neighborhood, is one of the newest neighborhoods in the Seattle area. It is designated as a mixeed-income community that was redeveloped around 2000 from public and private lands.
The Othello Station North condominiums is part of a larger New Holly master's association which also consists of other associations like:
- Othello Place
- Othello Station
While information on this site may be pertinent to other New Holly homes, it is targeted towards Othello Station North only and information may be specific.
Othello Station North condos were constructed by Polygon Homes starting in 2006.
